$9.95 Flat Rate – orders under $150
Bent 8 MFG offers flat-rate freight via Auspost for orders under $150. Track parcels from http://www.startrackexpress.com.au as above.
Additional Information
Auspost delivers to metropolitan areas within 1-3 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 5 business days.
If no-one is present to receive delivery and the Auspost deems it safe to do so then your delivery will be left on site. Otherwise, a card will be left notifying of a pick-up location (usually the local post office). If the package is not collected from the pick-up location within two weeks then it is returned to Bent 8 MFG. If this happens then re-sending the package to you is at your expense.

INTERNATIONAL FREIGHT
Bent 8 mfg uses Australia Post for all international deliveries. A freight quotation is given at checkout after entering your address, prior to purchase. Freight pricing for one or more of the following services is given depending on availability to your country:
Registered Post
Registered Post is not a trackable service but does provide proof of postage and a signature on delivery. If full tracking is preferred then consider using the Pack & Track or Express Post options. The postal services of some countries do offer tracking from their end upon receipt of Registered Post packages; please contact your country’s postal service for more information. Registered Post generally delivers within 7-10 working days to international metropolitan areas.
Pack & Track
Pack & Track offers similar service and pricing to Registered Post, but is trackable. Pack & Track is only available in some countries; if yours is one of them you will see Pack & Track as a shipping option at checkout alongside your other options. Track your parcel from http://auspost.com.au/track with the tracking number on your Bent 8 MFG shipping notification. As with Registered Post, Pack & Track generally delivers within 7-10 working days to international metropolitan areas.
Express Post
Express Post is a trackable service. Track your parcel from http://auspost.com.au/track with the tracking number on your Bent 8 mfg shipping notification. Express Post generally delivers within 3-7 business days to international metropolitan areas.
Additional Information
Australia Post freight cost is auto-calculated on weight and destination and not by Bent 8 mfg. After you add items to your Deus shopping cart and enter your address at checkout you will receive a shipping quotation prior to purchase.
Orders to some countries may incur Customs or other charges. As these charges are based on your country’s postal regulations, Bent8 MFG has no control over these charges, cannot advise what they will be, and is not liable for them. Please contact your country’s postal service for more information.
Please note that Bent 8 MFG is not liable for parcels lost internationally. It is your responsibility to track your parcel directly with your country’s postal service.
